Mr. Tracy is married to his childhood sweetheart Carolin and together they have two sons, Michael and Craig. Mr. Tracy has been married since 1972. Mr. Tracy attended Western State University College of Law, now named Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He graduated in 1981.
Mr. Tracy specializes in all areas of immigration, including family-based petitions, Fiancé petitions, all types of business visas including H1B, H2A, PERM (Labor Certification). E2 Treaty Investor, EB5 (million-dollar visa). Student visas as well as Application for Naturalization (Citizenship) and Deportation Defense. He has recently been actively involved in securing employment authorization for children who are in high school, graduated from high school, and are presently in college or attending school to obtain their GED though DACA.
Mr. Tracy has one goal when he meets with individuals, and that is to help them in any way he can and to thoroughly explain the legal strategies he will employ to help them in their transition to becoming legal. His only interest is to protect the clients as best he can.

Hilda A. Renner was born in Cihuatlan, Jalisco, Mexico. Ms. Renner immigrated to the United States in 1974 and became a Lawful Permanent Resident through Family Unity. She has been a United States Citizen since February 2005.
Ms. Renner has worked as Mr. Tracy’s Legal Assistant since 2001. She specializes in Cancellation of Removal and Political Asylum cases. Ms. Renner works on all immigration cases including Family Based petitions, PERM (Labor Certifications), Adjustment of Status applications, Citizenship, Entertainment Visas (O & P) and DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals).
Ms. Renner’s ability to work independently, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and cooperative nature makes her an asset to the Law Office of Kevin M. Tracy.
Ms. Renner has lived in Del Mar, CA since 1986 and has been happily married since 1993. She has two grown children Andrew and Nika.
